being the last man usually fulfils that requirement but don't think "last man" is specifically mentioned anywhere. Its a bit like soem morons believeing that if a keeper handles outside the box it is an auto red card, but it depends on the circumstances. If he is blocking a shot for instance it is, but if he accudentally happens to carry the ball out it surely isn't. Another one football commentators never seem to grasp.
