some rothers are getting very excited about our current form and results.

The point I took from this is just that other teams are on very good form too (and have considerable points buffers on us). Just something to temper the optimism a little perhaps.

As an aside, I don't think there can have been many previous seasons that have seen such big mood swings on here about NCFC prospects. From being certainties for promotion (seem to remember a thread abot how many points we'd finish clear of Ipswich, where people were talking about 20+), to being doomed and rubbish, to now approaching being nailed on for promotion again...
