We have evidence that the driver of motor vehicle registration number ******* was on a road called A1-NORTHBOUND, BARROWBY THORNS at 16:05 hours on 30/10/2005 travelling at a speed of 81 mph, exceeding the 70 mph speed limit (Sect. 89(1) RTRA 1984)

Do you think I should phone them in the first instance, to politely tell them where to shove it.. spesh as I can't remember who was driving at the time? I mean it was a long time ago.. what do you think I should do next?..
