Interesting being in Watford end yestee

The catering for beer and food was a class above my usual thorpe corner/city stand experience. Great selection of food inc a guy just doing pulled pork which was delicious. Had the classic chicken balti pie at half time with a bottle of some foreign lager which were both excellent. One guy smartly dressed in jacket and tie (yes he had trousers on) just pulling pints. Hardly any queue due to the plentiful numbers of smiling staff. All in all a really good experience. Thinking about it....makes the snakepit/city stand bars, staff, quality of food and drink etc very second rate. Also, easy access all round between the bar areas in the different stands. Would be like being in the Barclay and wandering into the Jarrold Stand bars if you prefered it.
