I think that's probably why any form of video technology has taken so long to come into football - yet has been part of both rugby codes, cricket, tennis or hockey for ages. Though in hockey, they STILL get it wrong: the recent Champions' Trophy was decided when the video ref unbelievably thought a penalty had been scored when it hadn't.
