I had that when I was 19, hurt my shoulder playing water polo

went to the doctor and he told me there was nothing wrong and I should lift some weights to strenghen the joint

I went to a physiotherapist and she told me I'd torn all three joints in the shoulder hence when I couldn't elevate my arm, and it would be about 3-6 months for it to repair and get back to 'normal'

This is one of the reasons I am reluctant to go to doctors, cos they don't treat you seriously. At the height of my panick attacks at 18, I had to take someone with me to the doctor who'd seen me like this and got them to tell him what had happened, cos I just knew he wouldn't have taken me seriously. Even then he just arsefully asked me if I was on drugs. Twat!
