Was in a cafe the other day and I was served water in a vase with a jam jar.

The vase had some plants in it which apparently purified the water. Also on the menu was 'compost salad'. The place had a 'philosophy' and used a 'pre-industrial food system' to generated zero waste.

As you can imagine there was a-f**king-lot of beards and tats there.

The food was actually great
