and other below that the Defence Secretary is engaging in posturing and scaremongering by suggesting that Russian submarine and military flight activity has all of a sudden escalated to such an extent that we should be worried about there intentions.

I was merely pointing out that both NATO and the Soviets / Russians have been at it for decades and to highlight it now, is just another stick to beat the Russians with?
