Regarding Russinas below..... this is just political rhetoric

we do exactly the same as the Russians do and always have done.
There is a UK nuclear submarine permanently stationed in the Norwegian / Barents Sea to watch and report on what comes in and out of Murmansk etc. The various NATO air forces also mount regular air patrols of international air space adjacent to Russian airspace and the Japanese and US do the same in the Pacific.
To suggest this is all something new and sinister is nonsense and scaremongering.
Putin is no saint, far from it, but the Russians don't like having NATO at their front door any more than the US wanted Soviet friendly communists in Cuba in the sixties.
Anyone remember the Bay of Pigs invasion - US sponsored, armed and supported seperatists if I remember rightly, invading a sovereign country. Same with Grenada same happened in the Dominican Republic, so the Yanks have got a long record of doing exactly what they now accuse the Russians of!
