Even if your statistic is true, which I doubt, then surely it makes even more sense

to offer free Cabbage? The 'majority' you're talking about would be going anyway, and it gets more people making the ridiculously long trip out of Norfolk. They're not trying to subsidise fans for fun, they're trying to get more people there.
