it was a half-pitch match... not first team vs reserves though...

...as I think there aren't enough fit players for that! It was a mixture really... Doherty and Drury up front at one stage.

Saw 2 other worrying things:

1) Ward tried to control a backpass and it right straight under his foot and in
2) Huckerby hit the bar from 2 yards out when it looked easier to score.

Also Hughes was running around doing ball work with DC, don't think it will be long before he's available for selection again. I did think about waiting for him to go to his car and then running him down with my car, but the only alternative is Etuhu, and knocking him down would write my car off :-)
