Neil's man management skills so far have been impressive

Getting Bassong back in and with 3 clean sheets in 4 has been massive. Whatever reason he fell out with Adams, he has done well to bring him back into the side.
Also getting the best out of Grabban has given the side a different option and he seems more motivated and is giving his all which wasn't always the case before.
With a large squad it's vital to keep a good atmosphere between the players
