I've been banging on about this forever

would like to hear 'a goal' at the end too. Perhaps we should get a conductor rather than a chant leader pre match to get the tempo right.
My theory is that the racing to the end is because we don't teach children hymns in schools anymore: it's not the religious factor but they taught us to sing en masse and in time.
