My take on it (all speculation obviously) is that

After the second goal (when Olsson lost the ball up the pitch) there was a bit of an exchange between the bench and Olsson. In fact all of our players were shouting at one another at that moment.

Looking at that video it appears that Olsson is saying something to Neil at the final whistle. It could have been to the effect of "what was all that about earlier" but it certainly looks like whatever discussion there was at the end of the match was started by Olsson. I had left by that point so did not see how long it went on for.
