Londoners: Why is there a woman standing in a perspex box at Paddington?
In Paddington Station. Just standing in an enclosed perspex box, looking very bored with headphones on whilst she pouts away. Right in the middle of the concourse meaning the gawking onlookers and tourists huddle in people's way.
Is this a standard oddity in the Big Smoke?
