I wonder how Russell Martin's ambition to be a coach can survive. He's captain, and the only ever-present in the back four, and yet he can't seem to organise the others. And that's ignoring his own individual errors. This isn't a witch hunt because I love the bloke, but he doesn't look like management material on current evidence.
