I ended up with a blister

Fair bit of walking from station to pub and pub to ground.

Took it easy with the beer, only 2 pre game.

All in all I'm doing good. Next week will be the acid test when I go back to work.

Medics are well impressed. I'm a big fan of the NHS and certainly had more than my money's worth out of them
