There's no doubt in my mind that anti-Semitism is latent in most countries, but the West h

as succeeded in giving it the conditions to revive, after the Holocaust horrors had made people realise where that road leads. Now that Western countries have significant poorly-assimilated Muslim populations, in addition to the elements of their traditional population who are inclined that way, it's not surprising that the evil has resurfaced.

Regarding Russia, there's no great history of anti-Russian sentiment in this country (probably different in Germany), so it would probably take something bogglingly outrageous to stir people up.
