Lots of very ordinary people have it. I've had it - plenty of crying on front of a counsellor.
Don't think that it can be addressed logically. It can't. Its not a broken bone, nor is it cancer (and I know all about that too). Its in people's heads
People do the strangest things when they're ill. And they hurt others around them. They dont ran to - in a logical world they wouldn't do it.
But they do. They need help not telling off. In particular, judging them doesn't help.
