Began ages and ages ago writing a reply to your Clark post and your piece...

Bigfella. I've kind of given up on it, would go on forever and make no sense. You see sense is a massive key in all this and trust and being able to give sense and trust to your psychiatrist and Doctor and GP to look after things when you as in when you can't to look after yourself, when you lose control. Ah well, I'll keep composing it but rather send it private if you see, do you have private email I can? All is well though, Norwich game tomorrow, small things make a difference. :)
