Forbes isn't brilliant at hosting Q&As.

Neil reinforced my opinion on him - absolutely 100% unflappable, self assured, realistic, very much alpha male. He thinks through everything he says, doesn't waffle one bit, demands respect from his players ("they will do what I want them to do"), but knows that he has to earn respect rather than assume it. Impressive bloke.
