definitely so, they're only just waking up to the variety of beers that exist

10 years ago there were probably 20-30 odd brewers in teh entire country. Now there are probably a couple of hundred, although only very few of them make any beers that a real beer lover would want to drink.

The friend who imports all these english beers (and Belgian and Scottish ales) sells a container-load almost instantly, so there's definitely a market for hoppy real ales.

Mind you, I have plans to help remedy this situation with my own brews. Not just yet though. Have to find a place and buy the equipment first, not to mention refining the special recipe I'm going to use. Tourists will love the f**k out of my beer
