Kipling is 5.2%, but mouth-puckeringly bitter, so not to all tastes.

Jaipur and Wild Raven are both over 5.5%, so YMMV. Jaipur is a beast at 5.7%, and one of the best IPAs I've ever had. Wild Raven is even stronger at 6.6%, and very complex. It's a black IPA, so has all the hops of a strong IPA (I think the hop profile is quite Jaipur-ish) but has toasty malt character too. Chocolate malt even. Not for everyone, but I like it.
