Smoking watch Day 4

Tongue still pink - this is good
Breathing as s**t as ever - this is to be expected
Thinking about smoking all the time - disappointing and tiring
Worrying about thinking about smoking all the time - boring
Energy levels are low - to be expected due to silly working hours
Concentration levels are as s**t as ever - erm...
Sense of taste not any better - boooooo
Wrigley's Airways vapour release chewing gum - doing a job

Summing Up
Looking forward to not thinking about smoking so much. May have quite a test this evening so must be strong. May have to beat at least 20 off the wrist to get thru the evening.
