This is the key paragraph for me:

"Being a football supporter isn?t like going to a concert to see a band or to a restaurant for a meal. There?s no guarantee of entertainment, quality isn?t assured and should you receive neither, you?ve got a snowball?s chance in hell of being reimbursed. All you can do as a supporter, is try and do what you can to influence certain variables to favour your team."

Its a great piece that sums up exactly why I have become disillusioned with sections of the support. I don't think that it is just Norwich though. I think it is more a symptom of modern football, something to do with the combination of cost, Sky, the Premier League and social media.
