Great post. I went and did a post to a similar end recently

For me, that sense of entitlement has rocketed since we were promoted in 2011. Then we were plucky underachievers and the crowd embodied this - it was an exciting (and successful) battle against the odds. But since then the atmosphere has turned toxic at the ground. I'd much rather be a happy Championship team than a grumpy and miserable Prem side. Of course, a happy Prem side would be perfect, but that seems unlikely with fans in the current circumstances.
