Was a good point with lots of positives. Most important, we didn't lose because of a calamitous error, or because we got caught on the counter with 9 men upfield. Both of which have happened countless times this season. This is very good. If only we had cracked that back in August hey?

Agree about EB too. He's clearly a lovely bloke, but just doesn't produce at the level were after. Maybe if he keeps working, he will next season. But we look short on left midfield. Murph has not kicked on this season, and looks like someone struggling with the transition to grown up football. How much easier it would have been if he'd been part of an awesome squad sweeping to 100 pts.

Like you, I've finally reset my expectations to no longer have that as my central view. We do not have that squats or team. Which is why yesterday is a point gained, not 2 pts lost.
