I'd agree - nice, not mind-blowing, and f**king awkward to eat if you're out

unless they make it easy for you which most places don't.

It does have a nice firm flesh which means like monkfish it can stand up to more interesting sauces than most seafood. But I love seafood and usually because of the actual seafood rather than the sauces.

Not sure I'm making much sense, but then again when do I ever?
