agree 100%

there would have been respect and an element of fear factor with players if Lennon had been appointed, which I feel is needed. Unfortunately with both Adams and now Neil there was/is no fear factor and as a result the players just go through the motions.

I hate to harp back to Lambert but the players respected him and he had that fear factor where they knew what standards were required of them.
