as I said, just my opinion plus.....

As already noted the departure was not amicable, I'm guessing they wanted him to stay as coach but its been noted by many people that his body language was not great after Alex Neils appointment. I'm guessing he thought he would get the job. Obviously he pissed someone off at the club, hence the delay in starting a new job.
