Yes. Called my bank and asked to speak to the dedicated PPI team. Gave them my details and

6 weeks later they sent me a cheque. Repeated this with all previous loans/Credit cards I could think of and got the same result.

I'm self employed and was always advised to get PPI to cover for any sickness. Turns out PPI doesn't cover the self employed so I was genuinely mis sold
