Essentially what we need is a settled side

where players form partnerships, the 2 frontmen, centre halves, centre midfielders. we have chopped and changed our side too much.

AN need to get a formation and a gameplan set out and pick the right playes to do their jobs for the team. We also need the players to start performing as well as we did at Derby County. That is how they are capeable of playing so that should be the benchmark.
