i always start with uswitch and moneysupermarket

they'll give you loads of companies to get phones from and you can play about in terms of cost, included bits etc

you'll also find they offer phones the network dont offer.

so you could effectively upgrade but through them rather than the network and you're as you were.

ive ordered before through mobiles.co.uk (online brand of CPW).
