No. If the ratio of dislikes to likes that triggers a "hide" is high enough

that won't happen. Simple opinion will get enough likes to avoid hitting the trigger point.

Bucks-like trolling would get 50:1 dislikes to likes even on a quiet day. Even the most polarising opinion is going to get a fraction of that ratio.
