Not saying ti is but it might be. Sometimes whether its a player or a manager you can just tell straight away whether they've got it or not.

What is confusing with Neil is that his first few weeks have now given off contrasting indications. I would agree therefore that its wise for now to reserve judgment on him. The team selection and set up though yesterday was not promising.
