full of youngsters who owed him from years before as he brought them through the ranks. He now has a group of experienced professionals who think they are better than they are so can he motivate them? I doubt it as he hasn't got anything else to back him up...I played for Barnsley as a very average player......not exactly winning the European Cup etc etc
