Jerome strikes me as an individual rather than a team player, one of our main issues. Always looking to make the killer run or goal, probably accounts for his countless offsides on Saturday, rather than holding up and bringing others into play. I think the signing of Jerome has been one of our key problems, he scored goals so he's hard to drop but his team contribution is pretty poor
