We lost a really big, vital game to a top 6 rival. Everyone agreed beforehand what a huge game it was. Our job tonight is considerably more difficult than it was at 3pm.
So people are gonna moan; people are gonna feel gutted. Why do others on here turn on them for moaning or feeling gutted? Being a football fan is not a rational pursuit!
Oh, and by the way: no-one's 'turned' on Alex Neil. No-one at all. Why are those gutted wildly misrepresented as some Fifth Column too?
For myself, I think the manager will have learnt a ton (mostly very bad things) about his players today. So we pick ourselves up and we go again. Automatic promotion is probably a vain hope now; the play-offs aren't.
But those who wear their happy clappy "if you don't express blind faith in the club and in the team, you're not a proper fan" attitudes like some badge of honour? Give us - scores and scores of good Norwich fans on this messageboard - a break. Everyone loves and wants this club to be successful; and this love will be expressed in different ways when we win and when we lose.
