But it seems to me like a completely dysfunctional board with complete incompetence to appoint and govern the positions of importance within the club are clearly at the heart of the clubs problems.

McNally has been given god like status for Paul Lamberts achievements and he is still riding on them now. Those of you that actually read my posts will know I have backed Neil Adams and Hughton throughout. But what we see here is a f**king poisonous board who have no control or foresight.
