I know you're giving a legal perspective rather than personal views, and I'm grateful for it. But if I were B, or B's father, husband or whatever, I'd feel B had been raped. Certainly in terms of the impact on her - physically and emotionally - I can't help compare that scenario with the scenario where "she and boyfriend were petting but he took it further and she didn't want to".
