The bit about him shagging his dog is also a strong rumour in the area, not just my random outburst on the tinterwebs

If he's been going through different dogs and fouling the area for years (there's a sign from the previous family of my house asking him not to do it, as their kid played in the grounds). I don't expect him to stop because I'm pissed off about it. It also makes me think the previous owners tried complaining and got no where

I'd rather think of ideas of getting shot of it myself instead of having a crank with numerous issues on my case as well as s**t everywhere :(
