I ain't picking up some unpleasant arsehole's dog mess

anyone got any ideas how to dissolve it ?

I can't be arsed complaining to the council about some inbred animal shagging smack head neglector. I don't want his dog s**t through my letter box when I find out the council don't deal with the issue or him

Is there a way to dissolve it? I'm thinking white vinegar and boiling water? Won't harm the dog, probably kill the grass

Any ideas?
