I agree that something does not add up

I really cannot understand how we have got ourselves into this mess. At least when things were bad you thought to yourself we may have a bit of money to sort things out in the january window. Now it seems we have used it all up by patching up the squad constantly to make up for the gaping holes that were left after the summer.
