It's probably over an hour door to door commute by public transport, assuming you live reasonably close to the station in Bath and that the timings all match up.

But Bath is lovely, and probably better value than buying in Bristol. And there's a very nice independent bookshop run by a Norwich fan, if I'm not mistaken.
