...the reason I went to see this chap was because some friends of mine saw him about 2 years ago and one of them was a hard core, I love me fags, me, type smoker and she stopped instantly and with very few problems too...so I thought if she can do it, then I must be able too and here I am...

You also get a CD to take away with you that re-enforces the stop smoking message...on top of that you get a nice rest too...if you're reading this TH you should go and see him as well, snot that far from you...
