A simple case of being passed over for the role himself amd thinking if he didnt get it then he never would.... Thats what his body lamguage has suggested all along..... Happens in every comapny every week....

I'd prefer him gone rather than sulking behind the scenes and possibly detracting the players and under-mining the new mangement.
