There's a lovely old dear called Nellie in the home I go in. Like

lots of them she's lost most of her memory and always asks me if I can take her to the loo as she thinks everyone else is a carer.
We were having a chat to Jool's mum the other evening and asked her what she'd had for dinner (she'd finished about an hour before). She said she couldn't remember but she enjoyed it. She asked her friend what she had and she said "oh I don't know, it was nice though"
It's all rather sweet when you pop in but dealing with that all day, every day would do my head in. Hats off to those that do
