I usually try and cut the Club some slack but the Phelan
situation stinks of incompetence. If you thought there was the slightest possibility of sacking Adams and NOT giving the job to Phelan why employ him? Besides what now happens if it doesn't work out with the new team? Do we go back to hunt out another 'experienced' coach? Finally, just how much has this cost the club? Maybe it should come out of the Chief Exec's bonus?
