It's a weird (in a good way) stadium, isn't it? Brutal. I've only been there once to see Cercle though and there was only 3,500 people in it rattling around. We smoked fags and drank beer while watching the game and had to buy tokens for the beer which confused me a bit.
I'm sure it's slightly different for a Club game, due to the sheer numbers, mind. I'd love to go to the derby there, as long as Cercle were at home. It would also be good to go and watch some more games in Belgium too, but I'm not sure about Liege as I've never even been to Wallonia!
Glad you went to De Chalet, it's nowt fancy, but good enough and the locals do indeed seem friendly. As has basically everyone I've ever met in Brugge been.
