If thats the case then maybe Bryant has no point at all. The worst bit of his comments

is the "their ilk" thing. Trying to make himself sound like a working class hero unless by "their ilk" he meant genuinely talented!

That would be Chris Bryant, former captain of the swimming team at Cheltenham College and of Mansfield College, University of Oxford by the way. Practically a white van man.
